Balance Your Food

Be active for at least 30 minutes

It is essential to be active for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. This speeds up the heart rate and increases your energy level. Kids should also exercise for 30 to 60 minutes every day. Running, jumping and active games strengthen their muscles and bones and ensure that they don't become overweight.
